Valentines Day

This is our last Valentines Day that will be just the two of us. John has a great date planned for us on Saturday but I still wanted to have something special on the day. I made his favorite, Salmon and roasted potatoes ( heart shaped of course). I dressed up the table and the flowers were from John :)

Baby Shower!

My friend Tricia offered to throw my baby shower and it turned out WONDERFUL!! She did such an amazing job!

I LOVED the dessert bar! The cake was so amazing looking I didn't want to cut it!

30 week belly

Depending on the day you ask I am either the size of a house or a cute looking pregnant lady. Poor John on the days I feel like a house.... I love him so much. He has been so understanding with all my mood swings.

Bella!

We have a new member of the Walters family! This little lady was left all alone for days and thrown over a wall by a gardener before she was found by our friend Matt . The pic of her in the crate was taken a couple days ago when we were at the vet getting more shots. We have had her a month at this point. When we first got her she was a skinny little thing with tons of fleas. She slept all the first day but is now ready to play ALL the time. We all love her except for Jack. He is having a tough time with her here.

Matt took this pic just after he found her crying and sitting on top of a wall.  She just curled up and fell asleep on his shoulder.

Our Family Is Growing!!

We are so excited that we will be welcoming a baby boy in March!!


Other than headaches and feeling very very tired I have been doing great!

I LOVE fair food!!!

Most people go to fairs for the rides, the shopping, the games, and the food..... I, on the other hand, go only for the food! When it comes to fair food my stomach becomes a bottomless pit. I can eat and eat and eat! I am not a big fan of the fried stuff though so that limits what I can eat by a lot. If you know me well enough you know my favorite of all fair foods is roasted corn and that it is what I eat the most of!

 

Oh, and we didn't have a bag to carry all our prizes to the car in so I zipped up my jacket and it worked great! 

(No, I did not walk around the whole time like this. Just at the very end.)
